there wasnt any in the demo, it seemed like terran units are using th big toys now

im pretty sure i seen some clear white units roaming with marines. i assume that they were medics and i'll look for the link that shows what i am talking about.

they must come back. protoss have shield re-gen. zerg slowly regain HP over time. so they need medics or sumthing better. if there are no meds then terran fans will be disapointed. not me tho >=)

Medivacs are way better than medics in SC2, mainly for mineral harass with some marine dropping near the enemy expansion/ quick retreat when the enemy forces arrive, heal up and harass again.

There are medics in starcraft 2. I belive ive seen them in a few custom games and also in a campaine. we also have the medivac which is a dropship like transport that also heals units.
