From 10 a.m. Friday November 26th through 10 a.m. Sunday November 28th our organization, Teh Other Guys, will be holding a Starcraft 2 marathon to raise money for Child’s Play. We would love for you to join us.

Let me give an introduction to our group. We are middle to upper level gold players, which, when you consider sleep deprivation, should make for interesting entertainment. The majority of the group has been playing since the beta, but I would hardly call us serious gamers. We currently plan on having 2 players for each race, so there will be alt least one person representing each race at all times.

The plan is for us to play against each other over and over again while we have an observer casting the games and interacting with the viewers. We also will be accepting challenges with a $10 donation. When you submit a challenge you can either challenge a random member, a particular member, play on a certain map, even team up with other donators for a 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4, or any combination you can think of. Hell if you think you’re good enough you could challenge us to a 2v1 or a similar match up. Think of this as an opportunity to embarrass us in front of the whole Internet. The only thing we request is that you do not listen to the caster while we are playing.

We are currently looking for real casters who would be willing to volunteer their time to help us out. We’d connect via skype and you can add a little professionalism to this whole thing. There would be no need for you to cast for the whole weekend; you decide how much time you would want to put in. If interested you can contact me at tehotherguys@gmail.com.
