If you are having trouble showing video clips within the thread this is where you can see what some of the problems might be. Also you can check out the actual format of what the link should pretty much look like so that when you click the buttons for the corresponding link it will be viewable.

04/10/08 - Most video clips are now able to embed on threads

Each type of video clip should be in this similar style format, most of them are direct url links that can be embedded into the thread.

Google Video(GVideo): http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 8098844684
As of right now all of the google video url links seem to embed fine

Game Trailers (GT): http://www.gametrailers.com/player/23150.html
Certain url links may not work because the similar url changes

IGN Video: object_ID=902593&downloadURL=http://xbox360movies.ign.com/xbox360/video/article/804/804928/cod4_071307_flvlowwide.flv
The Actual working link is the downloadable link

Youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=-xEzGIuY7kw
As of now every youtube link works

Q: I copied the url but it still doesn't show up?
A: If for any reason game trailers or youtube links are not working, its because you need to have the url without the www. prefix
i.e. - http://youtube.com/watch?v=FDA#fdasX in this similar url format

Q: Gametrailers links are not embedding!
A: Certain gametrailer url path will not match the path of the code we installed on here, until we figure it out you will just have to post it up as a url

As time progresses, we will be updating and making fixes to the forums to make things a lot easier for you guys. For now these are some of the known bugs, other than that hope you find that having the clips within the thread makes life easier!
